Quick Job Facts
Starting wage: $25/hour (potential to increase to $30 based on performance)
Paydays: 15th and last day of each month (cutoff is the prior Sunday)
Pre-job meeting spot: 3424 Hammond Bay Rd (street parking available)
You will be provided gloves, t-shirts, boot covers, masks, Tyvek suits when needed.
Neutral color pants or shorts (knee-length) required. Black is preferred.
Steel-toe boots are mandatory.

We use Housecall Pro to assign jobs and customer communications. Steve will provide training to help jobs run smoothly for us and our customers.
As part of helping our small business grow in the community, we occasionally share team photos on social media and our website.

On your first day, Steve will provide additional paperwork, including a non-compete agreement.

What Happens After Training?
You’ll shadow Steve for your first few shifts. After you’re comfortable, you’ll be given more independent tasks. Always ask questions — we’re here to help!
What If I Get Hurt On The Job?
If you’re injured on the job, notify Amanda or Steve immediately. We will fill out an incident report together.
